Make fitness fun in our adaptive fitness programs!

Group Exercise Classes

If you are looking for ways to exercise in a fun environment, the Stephen A. Orthwein Center offers group adaptive fitness programs throughout the week. Most classes are available both in-person and online. Our programs are free for Orthwein Center members. Drop-in rates are available for those looking for an impromptu adaptive workout.

The Benefits of Group Exercise

Group exercise is a helpful alternative to solo workouts. Classes offer a more social atmosphere for exercise, where participants can make new friends on their journey to physical wellness. Beyond that, the group atmosphere may help boost motivation. Seeing others try their best each week may push participants to reach their fitness goals and stay consistent.
