Disability Voting Rights Speak Out Panel
Our goal is to raise the percentage of people with disabilities voting in the Primary Election (August 6) and General Election (November 5) in 2024. We want election boards and candidates to make accessibility the norm in their campaigns and services. What would make it easier for you to vote? Curbside voting? Drive through voting (as some did during the COVID-19 health emergency)? Come talk about it.
Join us on June 1, 2024, to hear from individuals with a wide variety of disabilities describe their voting experiences. The directors of the City and County boards of election have also agreed to be present from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
