Our Information and Referral Department maintains connections in the community so we can support individuals with disabilities in Missouri. Our Information and Referral Department
When people first find out about Paraquad, they’re filled with questions. Families and individuals with disabilities want to know what services we provide and how they can get started. Our team accepts many incoming calls to answer questions and redirect you toward the correct Paraquad service. Essentially, we act as gatekeepers of information.
However, we also connect community members to a network of external resources. Over the years, our Information and Referral Department built relationships across the St. Louis community — we can help you find a solution to most challenges that come your way.

Our Information and Referral Department also handles challenges externally, such as connecting people to affordable and accessible housing options. But our expertise extends past day-to-day challenges — for example, our team once got a call from someone with a disability who spotted a snake in their home.
While it was a bit out of the ordinary, our team immediately got to work. We researched snake removal services in the area and connected the caller to a place that could help them. With our connections in the community, the service was completed for free.
