Gloria Ratliff

Gloria Ratliff brings more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience in operations, organizational management, fundraising, and community engagement. As Chief Operating Officer of Paraquad, she oversees organizational operations, facilities, compliance, and administrative functions that support the agency's mission of empowering people with disabilities to achieve independence and full participation in their communities. She is passionate about building strong organizations, fostering collaboration, and creating systems that enable both staff and participants to thrive. 

Throughout her career, Gloria has focused on strengthening nonprofit organizations through operational excellence, strategic planning, and relationship-building. She believes that effective leadership is rooted in service, accountability, and a commitment to creating inclusive environments where individuals and communities can reach their full potential.

Gloria earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lindenwood University. She is dedicated to advancing opportunities that improve quality of life, strengthen communities, and ensure organizations are positioned to achieve lasting impact.
