One of the most important elements of independence is the freedom of choice. Paraquad’s Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program empowers people with disabilities to define their daily living care. Discover how CDS can be your path to independence.
CDS Simplified
CDS provides personal care attendants to adults with disabilities who need assistance in their homes. Paraquad intake specialists screen for the minimum program requirements and refer you to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to create a care plan.
From there, we put your plan into action with an attendant of your choice — which can include a friend or family member, excluding a spouse. We’ll run all the background checks and guide you through the process.
