Annie Morrow

Annie Morrow serves as Paraquad’s Chief Program Officer. In her role, she oversees the organization’s comprehensive portfolio of programs and services supporting people with disabilities across the region. Annie joined Paraquad in August 2021 as the Director of the Stephen A. Orthwein Center. She has a background as a physical therapist and ran the day-to-day operations of the health and wellness center. With a focus on quality, accessibility, and participant-centered design, Annie leads efforts to ensure Paraquad’s programs—from independent living services to employment and community-based supports—deliver meaningful, measurable impact. She is committed to building systems that empower individuals to live independently and fully participate in their communities.

Annie’s leadership is grounded in collaboration and continuous improvement, working closely with staff, partners, and participants to strengthen service delivery and expand access to resources that promote independence, choice, and opportunity.

When not working at Paraquad, Annie enjoys spending time with her blended family, friends, and dogs.
