Ticket to Work Program
Paraquad is an Employment Network (EN) for Social Security’s Ticket to Work (TTW) Program. An Employment Network provides free employment support services to Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) beneficiaries.
The goal of Ticket to Work is to provide beneficiaries the opportunities and supports needed to work, increase self-sufficiency, reduce reliance on Social Security cash benefits, and become financially independent. Beneficiaries not currently employed have the option to use the Partnership Plus services model to participate in TTW by first using Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) funded services through Paraquad or other service providers, followed by using our Employment Network (EN) services for long term support and assistance.

Timely Progress Review Assistance
Job Search Assistance, Networking & Career Counseling
Resume & Interview Preparation
Ongoing Support for Job Retention

With the option of all-virtual services, our EN Services are available across many Missouri Counties and portions of Illinois Counties bordering the Saint Louis Metropolitan area. In person and virtual services are offered in Saint Louis City, County and portions of bordering Missouri Counties.

(WISE) Work Incentives Seminar Events

WISE webinars are online events held for people who are age 18 through 64 and receive Social Security Disability benefits. You'll learn about the Ticket to Work Program and available Work Incentives through accessible learning opportunities. WISE webinars are generally held on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
