Volunteer Opportunities

We offer several opportunities for people to become involved in Paraquad's programs.

Outreach Office Assistant - Help Public Policy & Advocacy staff prepare and distribute materials for outreach activities and maintain data/documents for tracking and reporting our work.

Information & Referral Data Specialist - Help people with disabilities within our community who are looking for information by making sure Paraquad has accurate, up-to-date information.

Employment Billing Volunteer -  Help people with disabilities access employment services through supporting Paraquad’s Employment staff.  Help with billing functions and other administrative duties.

Public Policy Assistant - Assist with data entry for the Community Advocacy Network (CAN) and work with Paraquad staff to ensure action alerts are promptly communicated to our community.  Help with administrative tasks for the Disability Coalition on Healthcare Reform (DCHR).

Peer Consultant - Provide one-on-one peer support to people within our community with disabilities.

Community Advocate - Make the Saint Louis community more accessible to people with disabilities by removing barriers and expanding opportunities while developing leadership and advocacy skills.
